Christophe Caïs

Executive Director

Prior to Albatross Global Solutions, Christophe Caïs co-founded and ran for 12 years the luxury fashion brand BICHE DE BERE, seen as one of the most successful stories in the French fashion industry with 40 shops and 20 corners around the world. He graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion in 1991 and started his career in New York at Massat Rivaud Management, a financial auditing firm, followed by Bongrain, a major French dairy manufacturer. Christophe has been living and working in Shanghai since 2003.



 Nicolas Jeanjean

Executive Director

In 2001 Nicolas Jeanjean opened the China branch company for SOMFY, a world leader in home automation. During Nicolas’ tenure, the company grew to employ 30 people in 6 cities across China. Nicolas graduated from the Institut Superieur de Gestion in 1991 and then studied Chinese at Langues'O University. As an export manager from 1995 to 2000, he moved to China and opened the PRAT representative office there. He speaks fluent Chinese.



 Shirley Xu(Shanghai)

Head of Financial Department & Human Resources Department

A 1998 Faculty of International Commerce graduate from the Shanghai Industrial and Commercial College, who furthered her studies in financial management and now qualified as an accountant. She had previously worked in the Financial Department of Polaroid China for five years. During the period 2003 – 2006, she was in South Africa (Johannesburg and Cape Town) where she managed imports and exports between South Africa and China. Upon returning to China in 2006, she joined Albatross Global Solutions, heading the Financial Department and after three months she also became the head of the Human Resources Department. She has been under the employment of Albatross for two years.



 Sébastien Gevaudan(Shanghai)

Sales Manager

Graduated from France (International Business School of Montpellier) and Australia (La Trobe University), Sébastien arrived in China 4 years ago with a double Business Bachelor of Administration. Previously working in the Real Estate industry for more than 2 years as Department Manager; managing the Shanghai office of a French Consulting Company for another year as Chief Representative, Sébastien joined the Albatross team as Key Account Manager. He speaks French, English, German, and Chinese.



 Sylvain Ornetti(Shanghai)

Market Research Analyst

Graduated from ESCP-EAP in France, Sylvain has been working for a long time as a Brand Manager in Paris. His taste for analysis and marketing theory as well as his knowledge of client expectations led him to market research. Before going to Shanghai, Sylvain has been previously living and working in South Korea and Vietnam. He joined Albatross team as a Market Research Analyst, performing quantitative and qualitative analyses and developing new market research tools to meet client needs and problematics (focus groups, consumer behaviour surveys, customer satisfaction surveys).



 Justine Xia(Bei Jing)

Key account manager of Albatross Global Solutions

After her first working experience in CCTV channel French, Justine continued her study at Business School of Rennes in France and got her diploma Master of International Business Negotiation. She had worked within a French firm in France as an Asia Market developer. With her previous experience of business development and her advantage of speak two foreign languages (French, English), she joined Albatross Global Solutions Beijing team.



 Lily Lin(Tai Wan)

Before joining the Albatross Global Solutions, Lily Lin had worked as a secretary for director at the representative office of Japanese chamber in Taiwan for eight years. She was quite familiar with administrative management. She started cooperation with Albatross Global Solutions for assisting survey operations of mystery shoppers in Taiwan from June, 2007. Till this January, she signed on as an official member of Albatross Global Solutions and helped its foundation of Taiwan branch in March. She now acts as the operating manager of Albatross Global Solutions Taiwan Branch and is in charge of allocating and training mystery shoppers to be the professional investigators for each brand. The company is now actively enlarging its business and scheduled to be a cooperative partner with more local big brands after signing of contracts at the end of this year.
